Make your dim sum happy.
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp black vinegar
- 2 tbsp Szechuan chilli oil (including some of the flakes from the bottom)
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 garlic clove, peeled and squashed lightly-but-not-disintegrated
- 1 minced spring onion
- Mix all of the ingredients together about 15 mins before you want to use it. Then discard the garlic clove
- Drizzle, dunk and douse your dim sum in it
