The ultimate quick weeknight soup for noodles
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp chilli oil
- 1 stock cube of your choice
- 1 tsp mirin
- 1 tsp sugar
- Combine ingredients and decant into the bottom of two bowls
- Add about 400ml boiling water and stir together
- Add cooked noodles
- Top with all the toppings – try rare steak, blanched mange tout, soft boiled egg, coriander, chopped spring onion
